1. General provisions
These terms define the rules for using the JobCrafted service available at jobcrafted.com (hereinafter "Service").
The Service is operated by JobCrafted (hereinafter "Provider").
2. Definitions
- Service– JobCrafted online platform
- User– person using the Service
- Account– individual User account in the Service
- Service– CV optimization using artificial intelligence
3. Rules for using the Service
Using the Service is free of charge.
To use the full functionality of the Service, you need to create an Account.
The User agrees to:
- Provide truthful information
- Not share login credentials with third parties
- Use the Service for its intended purpose
- Comply with applicable law
4. Services
The Service offers the following services:
- User CV storage
- CV matching analysis for job offers
- CV optimization using AI
- Export of optimized documents
5. Liability
The Provider is not responsible for decisions made by the User based on AI-generated results.
Generated CVs are suggestions and should be verified by the User before use.
The Provider does not guarantee the effectiveness of CVs in recruitment processes.
6. Intellectual property
The User retains full rights to their CV content.
The Service and its elements (logo, interface, code) are the property of the Provider.
7. Account deletion
The User can delete their Account at any time in the settings. Account deletion is irreversible and results in permanent deletion of all User data.
8. Terms changes
The Provider reserves the right to change the terms. Users will be notified of changes through a notification on the Service.
9. Final provisions
In matters not regulated by these terms, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
